Zone Zero FenceGate:
• The Standard Zone Zero FenceGate assembly is 64” wide, allowing for a 4-inch-wide perpendicular combustible connection.
• The standard height is 6 feet *.
• The standard steel posts are 3” x 3”.
• The Standard Zone Zero gates are 42” wide.
• The gate posts are 78” high and top gate rails are 72” high.
• The steel fence & gate panel pattern is our custom FFG1 that looks like a wood fence.
• The standard 5-foot FenceGate assembly has double embedded bottom rails providing additional stability and stiffness for gate posts.
• The standard Zone Zero FenceGate is prefabricated and prehung so no field assembly is required. * No permit is required for fences not over 7 feet tall per Section 105.2 of the 2022 California Building Code (CBC). However, this exemption from permit does not grant authorization for any work to be done in any manner in violation of the provisions of the CBC or any other laws. It is advisable to consult with the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) for fence or fence gate installations. Often the AHJ is the Building Official.
